The bluebonnet is such a special flower. Not only is it the Texas state flower, but it also always reminds me of the late Lady Bird Johnson. She was a dear person to my family, especially my grandmother, who served as her assistant for many years. Mrs. Johnson spent her whole life trying to make the world more beautiful with God’s decorations that is wildflowers. What a wonderful way to live your life! I love combining this organic, wild, beautiful flower with the ever changing Austin, Tx skyline. My home combined with a flower that feels like a home, I could not think of a more perfect pair.
